Faculty Affairs

Within the Division of Academic Affairs, Faculty Affairs serves and provides for the human resources needs of the University’s academic personnel.

This includes implementation of policies and programs mandated by the California Bargaining Agreement for Unit 3 Faculty and Unit 11 Academic Student Employees; support for faculty recruitment, appointment, reappointment, evaluation, retention, tenure and promotion, and related faculty personnel functions; RTP committees and faculty hiring committees; new faculty orientation. Faculty Affairs also acts as custodian of the official faculty Personnel Action Files.

8am-6pm Monday -Friday

Location

Faculty Affairs is located on the second floor of Bell Tower West, (Ventura Street-across from the Haggerty Gym) on the campus of CSU Channel Islands.
