Campus training encompasses a variety of subjects that address employee’s professional and personal needs and provides management training of both professional and supervisory skills. The campus-wide training calendar provides an "at a glance" view of HRM sponsored training activities scheduled throughout the year. The library offers computer courses for faculty and others, and can be accessed here. In addition, Safety training is available online.
HRP is capable of providing customized courses to meet individual university division needs, providing linkages to a growing number of training programs such as The Source, a CSU systemwide training program, and resources in other departments. HRP also has expertise in designing custom career related programs for departments such as mentoring, career planning, and job mechanics including areas such as interviewing and resume writing.
Qualified employees also have the option to apply for the Employee Fee Waiver Program.
